For Podcasts, View in iTunes.  If you are using Windows you must first click Download Now for Mac+PC, and install the Apple application.  When asked to install itunes.apple.com when viewing in iTunes, make sure Always ask before opening this type of address is checked, then click Allow.  Another pop-up will double-check with you, saying a website wants to open web content using a program on your computer, it will be from Apple and its Publisher will be Apple Inc., click Allow.  This should allow you to play the Podcasts on your Windows device.
